The genuine charm of the staff truly enhanced the overall experience.Whilst Villa Carlotta exceled in service and cleanliness, I found the absence of a minibar, ironing facilities, and in-room breakfast service as opportunities for enhancement, aligning with its value price point.The property offers a cozy terrace, perfect for unwinding after a day of sightseeing. The seasonal outdoor pool and lush garden area added a touch of luxury to the stay, contrasting the hotel's modest pricing. The Wi-Fi connectivity ensured I stayed connected effortlessly.Ultimately, Villa Carlotta strikes a fine balance between affordability and a few lacking amenities, making it an appealing choice for budget-conscious travelers seeking a comfortable retreat in Florence.
